CARB Political Post (with apologies)

To begin I want to apologize to all of the folks on the q-list that 
are not so fortunate as to live in the state of California in the ol'
USA, but this issue is important to me so I wanted to make this quick 
post.  

There is a planned get together in Sacramento later this month to 
let the government know what we think about the things that CARB and
the EPA are attempting to get approved.  Please feel free to contact
me via direct e-mail if you'd like more information.  

[Obligatory Quattro content] I doubt that it will ever get to this, but
the sort of things that are being discussed could lead to making impossible
to legally drive those antiquated QTCs on California's pristeen soil ...
