You're both right and both wrong. Imparts does indeed list the same part
# for all the applications - and K&N may too - but they're both wrong.
The 20v engine has a rectangular air filter, app. 7*12, whereas the
others have a square filter...

Imparts does have a great return policy, so they'll be picking up 2 K&N
filters from here tomorrow or Friday.

Guess I'll have to go with stock...

Before you go blaming Imparts for their stupidity, the K&N catalogue
does 
indeed list this same part number for almost all of the 5000 model cars 
from the beginning until '92 or so.  This includes the 20V '91 200 TQ.  
The price is somewhere around $45 or so plus shipping.  I haven't been 
able to verify that this part number fits the 20V 200, but I have put at
least 4 of these into '86 5KCSTQs.

Assuming Imparts has a decent return policy, it would be a fairly safe 
bet that 33-2003 is the correct part for your '91 200TQ.

  My 1996 K&N catalog list part #33-2003 for the 1991 200Q. However,
impats is correct, that is the same part# for the all the 5k and 200
series cars dating back to 78'. This is also the same application for
914's and VW Bus's. 

 Also, just so you know, jobber price on this part is $35.
