Verdict Part 2: Coupe GT leaves me stranded for the 1st time

Again, you responses have been overwhelming.  Thanks and thank you all for
enlightening me that it takes 2 minutes to replace the relay.  

Brookline Volkswagen/Audi wanted to charge me 1.5 hrs of labor.  The
breakdown was 1 hr diagnostic and 30 minutes to install the relay.  To me
the 1hr diagnotics was somewhat reasonable.  The extra 30 min. to pop in a
relay was not.  They agreed and changed it to 1hr labor.  This dealer has
done good work for me in the past. However,  Audi's service pricing policy
does not seem reasonable.
