Try P21S wheel cleaner (or I have used P100 which is for motorcycles), you can
get it in most high end car dealers (Audi, BMW, etc.) and if you call Imparts, I
think they carry it.

The stuff is great, you don't have to wear gloves, it doesn't do any damage to
your wheels.
