Audi AG is 98+% owned by VWAG.  There is Audi AG stock traded (very thinly)
in Germany, but it is very illiquid due to VW holding so much of the capital.
 Not a feasible investment.

As far as VW shares, I believe you can buy American Depository Receipts for
an equivalent of share ownership.  Talk with a stock broker.
