Help with 200Q power windows...

	Can someone help nail down a power window problem with a 200Q ?  The
problem is that the two rear power windows DO NOT WORK and it's not the
lockout. Can anyone help me understand the circuit ?  A wiring diagram
would be great !  At least that way I could put power directly to the
motor and eliminate them right off the bat. I just don't want to hit the
wrong terminal and burn up anything.  I ohmed out the switches and quickly
realized I don't understand the circuit. Positive voltage on the up side
of the switch when the switch isn't toggled and when you toggle the switch
you loose voltage... I just don't get it... 

If anyone with either the diagram or a good description on how to go about 
trouble shooting this circuit, could respond directly to me I would really
appreciate it.
