I have heard people say both things.  One said that the 5-speed from a 
5ktq or 200 will  bolt right up.  That was from someone who had owned 
both a 5ktq and a V8, and he had substantial knowledge of both cars.

Others have said that based on the factory manual, that there is so much 
difference between the two cars (5-speed v. auto V8's) besides the 
transmissions that it could not be done.

Come to think of it, someone posted a few months ago that they had taken 
the 5-speed from his wrecked V8 and put it into a 90 V8.  Hmmmm...
