Well that's kind of like the S6 4.2 that some of the members have been 
discussing in another thread. You can actually buy an A6Q with the 4.2V8 in
Europe. I noticed in the EC magazine from last year where they had a
featured article of the S6 4.2, there was a picture of engine bay. It has
the S6/S4 camber strut bar to give it more rigidity. If you use the camber
bar you also need to get a different brake resorvoir i.e. the one with the
cap offset to the back and possibly a new master cylinder.
