Re: aiming those lights!

What I did was find a parking lot facing a large blank outside wall on a
building, park the car about 30 yards from the building, turn on headlights,
and adjust them to point where I liked the pattern naturally, all done at
night).
Then took it out for a road test, and made slight adjustments, especially
to prevent low beams from shining into rear view mirrors of car in front of
me.

Have failed to pass an inspection (PA) since I got the car in '91.

 Subject: aiming those lights!

 I HAVE SEEN THE LIGHT!
I finally decided to attempt to aim my lights on the coupe Q, I have the
driving lights and headlights aimed better than before, but not perfect....
does anyone know what would be the best way to aim them correctly without
using the special tools that attaches to the front of the light on the 3
raised points. Any advise to how the pattern should be or how high off the
ground they should be if i'm in front of a wall measuring beam hight?

How much can i upgrade my bulbs without overloading the wiring, or spending
 much $?
