I have the '90-200 manual. Let's do email...and set something up.

>From the top down, here's what memory tells me to do. (I think I've
done this once too often, folks....)
1) Remove Philips-head screws on front and rear of door panel, at
top;
2) Loosen 3-hex wrench screws accessed on lower side of door
armrest; screws must be loosened considerably but do not come out,
These are about 4mm size....;
3) Remove armrest; slide flat window switch mounts sideways to
remove then from armrest; save round foam rubber insert used to
prevent drafts where wiring harness does thru door panel;
4) Pull door handle to open it; just below the chrome handle is one
Philips screw recessed where you can't see it, but you can see the
hole leading to it - so unscrew it. Use magnet to remove loose screw
if necessary;
5) Pull door handle assy. forward and outward; you will discover the
cable connecting to the door release, a retaining clip, and some foam
rubber used to fill air spaces and prevent drafts from blowing thru
the door handle;
6) Carefully remove foam rubber insert and pry clip off. Don't lose
clip or you'll end up drilling a small hole under it and using a small cable
tie to keep the cable from coming loose (unfortunately, I can explain
this in more detail if necessary....)....
7) Using needle nose pliers, carefully grasp end of door release
cable and remove it from the loop on the door handle;
8) Now that handle is out of the way, there is one large Philips screw
revealed behind the handle assy. Remove this screw!! Don't forget
it and force the door panel!! (If you do, remember that the two-part
epoxies can be used to repair the panel...);
9) NOW you can gently pry outwards at the base of the door panel,
using a padded tool if necessary. The plastic pop-in guides will
release;
10) Gently lift door panel slightly outwards, guide window wiring
harnesses back thru their holes; lift UPwards and panel should come
clear. Sit it down where it won't flip over and scuff itself up.
NOTE: if you have the Bose system, do NOT exert force on the grilles
over the speaker units; they can be broken easily.
Also - do NOT destroy the plastic sheeting inside the panel; pry its
retaining clips out carefully. Save the foam pads on the armrest
mounts; you need to put them back in place or the armrest and door
panel will not "snug up" properly.
AND THE MOMENT YOU'VE BEEN WAITING FOR......(drum roll)...
"Installation is the reverse of removal."
