Web server DOWN!

Apparently, Dan's web server's license has expired, and no one else
at ANS knows what password is needed to re-enable it.

So, it looks like the web page will be down until Dan gets back
from his vacation.

I'll send more mail out if anything changes, but for now, I'd assume
the page and archives will be down for about 2 weeks.
