Yes, there are legal IT cars out there....perhaps some that are too 
legal......(mine)......haven't done half of what could be done due to the 
lack of $ in the checkbook.....and I have recently seen a gorgeous ITB 
Audi Coupe from Summit Point.......and he was quick.....
