The appropriate formula is: t = t' * y
where: t is the time of the observer, t' is the time in your (moving time
frame) and y is:

1/(1-(v^2/c^2))

where v is your speed and c is the speed of light.

So if you go say, a tipical speed of a car with a 30v V6 is around 1/2
speed of light, and you get paid $8/hr, then if you worked 3 hour,
he/she'll think you have worked:

3 * 4/3 = 4 hours.

Hey, that is extra $8. Soon you're going to save enough for a brand new A8.
