Hi,

That was me.  I refunded everyone's money as the company doubled the price
on us.  I sent you an e-mail to this effect, but didn't hear back from you.
I need your address so I can refund your money.

BTW, I lost about $40 bucks on that deal, with postage, faxes, and phone
calls ... one call was $25!  Oh, well, live and learn.
