Funny you should ask, seeing that I make a living working in the tax biz ...
unfortunately, since QCUSA has not yet been granted tax-exempt status by the
IRS, the disclosure rules don't apply to them.  I haven't yet checked to see
whether Minnesota has any laws about this (been too busy with my real work!)
but I will, rest assured.

BTW, I'm still doing some research but it might be possible to get a copy of
QCUSA's application to the IRS under the Freedom of Information Act ... I'll
keep everyone posted.  I still wish that none of this was necessary, though.
