I went through this last year when I prepared to replace all the
bushings in my 100Q.

I ended up with stock rubber from Carlsen.

Too many suggestions about noise transmission, harsher ride quality,
and maintenance made me very worried about Delrin or Urethane. Also,
in your case, replacing one set might just shift the stress to the
other parts that are still rubber.

Overall, I am delighted with the results of the stock OEM parts.
My car now handles crisp as fresh tortilla chips. Whether or not
I would have gotten a few more percent from Urethane I don't know,
but I don't think I'll miss it.

See the archives for the complete list of bushings replaced.
