Hi Paul,
Check the starter relay for juice (pull it out, look at its little diagram
on the side..) and also WITH CAR IN NEUTRAL! jump its terminals.  If that
doesn't work get down and measure the voltage at the battery wire on the
starter, then jump it to the little wire.  No crank? bad starter.... see
prior thread on rebuilding etc., vs new.

Hi Folks,
 Quick question.......My 1987 5Ks will not start.  There appears to   
plenty of juice...but nothing going to the starter, and I don't think   
it's the shift lock...IS THERE A FUSE OR SOMETHING LIKE THE OLD FUSABLE LINK
SOMEWHERE IN THE CAR?   Please help.
