Market price for a '90 20v Q, model 90

Greetings Audi Lovers!

I've currently negotiated buying a 1990 20v Q, model 90, for $11,500.00
here in the S.F. bay area. The car has approx. 74K miles, the cold
weather package, junky( but new) tires, brakes may need work in the near
future, body and suspension in gd. shape.

My Question:  Am I spending too much $$$, or is this a fair price???
