  Mike, the best place to call is T.E. Warth books in Marine on St. 
Croix, Mn. I don't have the phone number, however the area code is 612, 
you may want to check back issues of Road& Track as they have placed ads 
in the past. I have been there a few times, and I think I saw a copy there.
If they do not have it, they will do a search for about $20.00, until 
they can find one, good luck
