Well, I don't know what kind of performance gains it gets
you yet... my Schaumburg throttle body arrived UPS today here
at work.  Sitting in front of me on my desk!  Gonna go home
early today and do the modification.

My understanding is that it does NOT void the warranty; apparently,
Audi of America has even had a couple of their cars done.  Further,
it's my understanding that such a part can NOT void the
warranty unless a problem can be specifically traced to this
part.  Of course, this is just hearsay, so if it worries you
I'd find out for certain.

Sounds like you have two options... either do the modification
yourself, or find another dealership.

I'll let you know how difficult it is to do tomorrow.

Anyone have any last-minute hints for me?  Anyone done a
2.8 throttle body themselves???
