	Our Chicagoland brother PDQSHIP hits the nail on the head.  

	Even though I am [usually] a staunch advocate of environmental 
protection, all it takes to get really pissed at things like sniffers 
along the road is to pull up alongside a city bus with the sunroof open.  
Every start from stop belches more shi* into the atmosphere than a top 
fuel dragster warming up his tires.  My prollem has never been with the 
*purpose* of testing--only with big brother's follow-through.  Not to 
mention the fact that many of these video tickets are a bit*h to beat:)

	Remember, rules are to be followed when the ref is looking!
