Totally agree with Jeff here....  Given the conditions that AZ puts the
scanners in, hard to beat...  They obviously have done their homework from
the big brothers in CA....  There is a way to make it work, one must look at
the design of a cat and what you are trying to achieve with the "sleeve", the
answer is really obvious.....

So am I....  Tho switching is pretty easy, throwing some honeycomb coal to
the exhaust before a test is hardly practical, and doubt it would work....
