Milano-Scorpio-Peugot- Saab Torbo- all end in "o"
Ever car you have listed there is a mechanical pain in the ass. The Milano
was one of my favorites, I wanted to get the GOLD version (3.O litre 185hp)
and test drove many. It has a clean running engine, stock recaro seats and
lots of cool extras including a nifty E-brake that looks like it should
belong in a Boeing! BUT- I saw a diagram of all the add-on parts the
italians threw in there to fix design problems- that thing is a bear. And
the water pump goes bad very often, but it's burried so deep in the mess that
it takes 6 hours to change it. Love the design., though. Very cool.
I don't know much about the Sterling though I have heard nightmares on
repairs, and the SAAB aint the easiest car to maintain (the turbos have the
tendancy to get noisy and act flakey at 75K miles or so) so I guess I'm
really not much help!!
Of all the cars you mentioned, I would take the quattro!! Good luck.
