I live with the unpardonable sins of having a later model quattro, not
some swoopy coupey, and being a relative newcomers to the big dance
@coimbra.ans.net, so forgive my sophomore enthusiasm. One should never
let a car dealer stand in the way of getting the car you want. I am
certain that there are few Audi dealers within a 250 miles drive of you.
But I am absolutely certain that within that radius is an Audi dealer
who would not only like to sell you the car you want, but the one after
that and the one after that one, because he or she willl practically
become family. I have only 144K on my '92 100CSQW, but there is no doubt
in my mind that I'll be going back to the same good folks to buy my next
A6 or S6 or whatever.
It is amazing at this late date how many dealers, Audi and otherwise,
haven't gotten the wake-up call, but let's not make that an impediment,
merely a challenge. Public Enemy would agree.
Good luck finding that car. -- Cheers, Shaun
