You don't need to bleed the clutch at the same time....different system.  
To bleed the brakes  you can just use two people....one to sit in the car 
and pump the brake pedal when the bleeder valve is open and one to work 
the bleeder valve.......if you are bleeding the entire system work from 
the furthest back from the master cylinder then work in from there.....if 
you seem to continue to have some air in there....(soft pedal).....use a 
1 oz. hammer and gently knock the caliper.  We learned this a long time 
ago in racing.  What happens is that the bubbles will sometimes stick to 
the wall of the caliper and the little tap pops them lose back into the 
fluid.  (Look at a glass of soda  next time you pour yourself a cocacola 
and you'll see what I mean.)
