Actually, the WG freq. valve on the 3B _blocks_ boost pressure from the
bottom of the WG, that's why they have relatively weak springs yet produce
alot of boost.  When the freq. valve fails, the boost pressure is always on
the WG (as on the MC turbos) and boost pressure is low.  

This setup might be fun on an MC engine...  :)
