greetings scott:                                                                
i can speak with some experience here.  i have a grey market 86 200TqW.         
the exhaust is welded in one piece - turbo flange through tailpipe.             
when the kitty clogged, i went to an independent exhaust shop.                  
he does a lot of custom exhaust work and i noticed some of the vehicles         
on which he was working before i noticed that it was a muffler shop.            
he cut off the old one, welded in a new one and fabricated a new bracket.       
don't remember the exact price but it was $175 or less and he did a great job.  
he did it while i waited (in half an hour - i had no appointment with him!)
