5k strut tool - #3186 or #3078


For those of you who have tool numbers memorized, which is the correct one 
for 5k struts?  #3186 is 21mm ,$30; #3078 is 22mm , $36.  I'm getting these 
direct from Zelenda Tools in NYC at a decent price.  Another source wanted 
$89.
