... you know that we're pretty close to having that same thing on-line. 
I think that we could put little procedures like your switch fix into 
html form and add a service section to the q-list web page.  It turns out
that this is precisely what was done on the BMW moto webpage, and it works
quite well.  Check out <http://www.ibmwr.org/> to see what I'm talking 
about.  I've always thought that if we worked together to put this up on
the webpage it might help to reduce wasted BW on the q-list as well.  Of 
course those of you that are also on the IBMWR list know that I'm kidding 
myself!  :-)
