call momo usa, inc at 800-251-7625 and i'm sure they would be happy to direct   
you to the nearest dealer.  i bought my ghibli4 many years ago by mailorder at  
automotive performance systems (they have most momos pictured in the catalog.)  
mine has been in 2 audis and a vw so far (with a superanatomic knob)            
btw, if you do the knob, you should remove the shift boot and cut an inch or    
so from the bottom of the plastic spacer so the knob will slide all the way     
down onto the shift lever - otherwise it feels like you are changing gears      
on an old schoolbus!
