[Q] Spare keys from dealership

     Hi all,

     Just a quick question. Is it possible to get a spare key made from a
     dealership from a vehicle ID number? Since I got my Audi used, I don't
     have the Key number, all I have is the ID#, I should think that an
     authorized AUDI dealer should be able to do so, however I was told
     that "We can't work with numbers".
