There are now 3 people on the net who have performed this swap on
their 83 ur-quattros. It is basically a bolt in operation with the exception
of some wiring mods on the dash switches. It's not too difficult, I just
mapped out the pinouts for the old and new switches and started in.

IMHO, this is a good update and wonder why more people haven't done
it. I believe this dash looks better and it gets rid of all those annoying
squeaks and rattles of the old one. If you decide to go this route, let me
know and I can pass along a boneyard shopping list.
