Another Carlsen/Linda question

Hi Everybody,

I just ordered my first part from Linda at Carlsen.  She's good!!!

When I called, a gentleman answered the phone and redirected my call
after I asked for Linda.

Is this a pain in the rear for Linda?  Does she get a commission from
our business.  Do we get a better price from Linda?  Would it be more
appropriate to let the person that answers the phone help me?

Maybe I should have just asked Linda ;)
