S2 vs M3

I have driven neither.  BUT- when they both came out- there was a very good
article about them in Car & Driver or one of those silly mags.  They had a
three way between the S2, M3 and porsche 968.  The Porsche won, the S2
finished last.  

Scr*w them, of course.  They claimed Turbo Lag and Squishy brakes, and a
heavy nose as the cuplrit.  Sure.  There WAS some moisture tests, though, and
they claimed that though there was some advantage to the S2, once you lose
control in an AWD car, it's difficult to get it back.  To this, again, I say
who cares.  I would take the S2 over most cars on the road today, save for
any newer C4, C4s, or C4 Turbo.  To those who own one, especially if they are
1993 or newer,
