 Yeah, I got the some line of CRAP about a year ago for them. "oh, we can
get and we can get this........". Well, the parts that I ordered that were
supposedly going to be on the next container, weren't and I waited 6
months for that container to "contain" my parts and in return, I got 
nothing. I got real short
with them and told them if I didn't recive me deposit money back within 1
week, they would be hearing from my attorney! Low and behold, my money
arrived the next day via FedEx!

  If you have a VW, they can help, but in the Audi Dept. they leave
something to be desired (MAJOR understatement)!
