They are both great cars which have very different flavours and its flavour
and price rather than performance figures that most people buy on.
In NZ a similar performing A4 (that's a 1.8 turbo quattro with MTM's 286hp
engine upgrade - using only ONE turbo Eliot) is about NZ$35000 cheaper -
thats about a third less - and you still don't get quattro. That makes the
decision a lot easier. BTW we get the 6 speed Euro spec 320 hp M3.
