If you're poor like me (poorer still as my Audi's age) consider the    
Uniden which has tested fairly well, has already saved my butt once or    
twice in a few weeks, and costs $99.

  Does this mean you have changed your driving style since acquiring the
unit and become less "vigilant", or that your time may have been up and
