200T Short

My '90 200T has a short which is causing fuse 4 to blow. I disconnected all devices on that circuit and it still blows. It connects to interior lights, trunk light, radio, rear powered speakers, cigarette lighters and a/c programmer. The side of fuse 4 leading to the car is connected to ground. I know the problem is definitely not in the circuit to the trunk. I surmise that the problem is somewhere in the wiring between the fuse block and one of the devices.

Anyone seen anything like this before? Any hints on where to look? TIA
