Quattro Alignment

HELP. I went to have my UrQ aligned this weekend. I asked if they had worked 
on these cars before as I have read the horror stories on the list. Yes yes 
they said. I pick the car up and I ask to see the printout. After some 
shuffling they find the printout. Rear is way out of spec. I point this out to 
them. They tell me the rear isn't adjustable. I politely show them and explain 
that it's basically the front subframe turned 180 degrees. Their excuse, "Well 
it isn't adjustable on the models with the disk brakes." I didn't even bother 
to respond to that. I come back at 5pm, everything's OK, right. Numbers look 
right on first glance. Get home and look over the printout. The reference 
specs are from a 1988 Taurus wagon, as if. They evidently didn't even touch 
the car, just picked a vehicle whose specs were close to my actual readings. 
Arrrgghhh. CAN ANYONE HELP. I have the bentley, are the '83 specs the same as 
the '84. HELP. I am going to have to walk them through this. Thanks.
