Is this a difference between the UK and the US?  By turbo coupe in the
original posting, I assumed an urQ or TQC.  In the US, all urQ models sport
the flared  fenders.  The '83s may have interference, but I believe the
later years had the fenders rolled and came with the 8" wheels.
