OK.  It's included below.  Note that this is for U.S. market only.
I added 84 for the 4000 2-door FWD, and changed the "4000 Coupe"
nomenclature to simply "Coupe", because Audi never called it that
way.  I also added the '80 model year.  This makes this chart span
the entire B2-body model life.
