Yeah, he is OK. I've never serviced my car there (or anywhere, for that matter, 
except for the alignment, which I can't do myself). But their part selection is 
great. If no one in the area has it - Don Rosen might have one piece left. That's 
what happened when I needed the clutch pressure hose. They had the only one in the 
Tri State area and Vince was kind enough to hold it for me and wait while I was 
crawling through the rush hour PA tpk.
