THERMO TIME SWITCH

Quattro Experts,

	My 85 4KQ is very hard to start when cold.  Once warmed up it is fine. 
I suspect the TT switch.  I have a few questions that I would like some
help with:
	1.  Where is the TT switch located?  Is it the top or bottom sending
unit on the return line flange?
	2.  What is the easiest way to determine if it is defective?  Is it
just a normally closed switch that open when it heats up?  Or something
special?
	3.  Where is the cheapest place to get a replacement?
