	Good point.  Frankly, the best thing about this list [IMHO], is 
the give and take.  So long as you approach this thing for what it 
is--good people with [usually] good ideas--you can get more than what you 
pay for.  Important thing is, sometimes, you must realize that there 
seems to be a gene in all of us that likes to talk shi* once and again.  
It ain't personal--being ignored is personal.  Hell, being called "rude" 
is probably the nicest thing I'll hear all day!
