1) It'll be stiff.  Very stiff.
2) It'll be low, and I dunno about that "dynamic
   vs static" wishful thinking :-)
3) re: 1" lower.  From what?  Some 20vs and Coupes came with 1"
   lower suspension from the factory.  Mine did - and requires different
   p/n springs and shocks.  Mince still rides very well, with stock
   springs and BOGEs.  Let me know how yours turns out -- but I would
   hesitate to make a car very stiff -- to what purpose?

ps: I also don;t know of a Bilstein application for the rear of the 20v.
