It varies by shop.  I went to the local NTW a few weeks ago and while they
weren't exactly confidence-inspiring, I did get four new D60s installed
without any damage.  They even torqued the lugs to the right spec.
Not too bad.

However, I went there not because of their sterling reputation but because
they were open on a Sunday, and on a Saturday drive in the country I
had dipped a tire off the road and popped it.  The minispare is no fun.

I would still go elsewhere if doing this on a scheduled basis.
