 I would recommend meeting at
appointed time at the Dunkin Donuts just off the South Willow st exit of
293, easy to find.  I would also guess that Sat might be better than   
Sunday
for people who have a longish way to drive home.  I can do any
paperwork/maps necessary for hand out there.

Invasion

It looks like October 20th or 19th is going to be the date:

The proposed run starts in Manchester up I-93
to Kancamangus West
to Bear Notch Road
either back on Bear Notch to Kanc or
 from Bear Notch to (whatever that cool road is that goes to Cathedral   
Ledge
 in North Conway)
>From Conway:
 Route 153 South to Wakefield (my place)
 or Sanbornville (Poor People's Pub)
