Hey,
I had the same problem after I had to replace the valves {belt
broke}. My car did the same on start up and no other.
I would check the valve guides seals. UI had one just one riding up
and down with the valve instead of sealing the guide. The fix is to
replace the seals with new ones. Not a hard thing to do but you do need
the bar type spring compressor that attaches to the head. The hand screw
type WILL not work!!
