I have never ordered from SBH Ent., but I have ordered from Executive Audio
(back of Road & Track, C & D, etc.) and the prices there were pretty good.  I
don't know about their service though, probably would be pretty similar to
SBH.  Guess its a trade-off: lower price=bad service.  The few things I've
ordered from Crutchfield, the service has been excellent, but too expensive.
