Accessing seat heat relays

I've located the seat heater relays under dash panel near drivers left knee.
I'm unable to remove them since the a/c duct passes right against them. If
anyone has accessed these before on an 87 5kCSTQ, I'd appreciate any tips on
how to move that duct out of the way.
